Whats the difference between CM 99/00, CM 3 and CM 4? And what it the difference between the CM's that have a year after them and the CM's that have just a number after them?

The CMs that has years on it, its just an update the ones that has number on it is a completely new game. CM4 is only coming out in 2002

So does this mean that when CM 4 comes out there won't be a CM year version that year? How often does a CM # come out? Also what is so special about it when a CM # comes out...

Also what is the difference between CM 99/00 and CM 2000?

Im not sure but i think they dont have like a date for CM with # to come out, i think its random. CM99-00 and CM00-01 i dont think it will be much changes in the game only some bugs might be fixed.

CM with numbers like CM2, CM3 etc determine the version number of the game engine. Year numbers CM96/97 Cm99/00 determine the year for the first season of the game, therefore a newer game. Note that CM99/00 is CM version 3.73, whilst CM96/97 is CM 2.00 verison.
