OK, people...
In order to get these without errors, follow my directions:
The link is this:

What you do, is go to the link for the speech addon download, and get all of the files EXCEPT #2!!! You gan get these using a program like getright...
THEN: Go back to the page with the link, and use the "File 2" link...DISABLE GETRIGHT for this, or else the download won't work.
You will need to unzip the files into a separate dir and then unace them DIRECTLY INTO YOUR FIFA2000 Directory (not fifa2000/data...) ...the speech files will go directly into the speech file directory without harming any other data in the directory...
