I've just finished my third season as manager for Juventus in Championship Manager 1 (with the Italian league data). It may be an old game, but it's still fun to play! And I can't complain at my team's results...

Season 93/94: 3rd in the league, Italian Cup champion
Season 94/95: Italian League champion, Italian Cup champion, semi-final in the European Cup Winners' Cup
Season 95/96: Italian League champion, Italian Cup champion

This is just fantastic! I've won the Double two years in a row, and the Italian Cup three years in a row!! To add to this, Roberto Baggio has been the top goalscorer in the league three times! 93/94: 21 goals, 94/95: 26 goals, 95/96: 31 goals.

Players I've bought: Gabriel Batistuta from Fiorentina. I was hoping that he would form a lethal due up front together with Baggio, but during his two years at Juventus he's only scored 5 league goals! I also bought Gianfranco Zola from Parma.

CM Italia 93/94 beats the crap out of CM97/98 anytime!!!

I like playing CM93/94 with Napoli, then I buy Maradona and play him up front. He usually scores loads!

A shame though that Batistuta isn't that good in the game...
