Uninstall fifa 2004 demo, make sure that everything is deleted too.

Now do a clean install and do not install any tool.

Create a file called "locale.ini" at fifa 2004 demo folder behind fifa2004_demo.exe ( New TXT file and then rename it to .ini )

Put this content inside, found it at some thread ( Thanks to who ever made it ) at this board and its the only thing that seem to make difficulty level to apply :

Yesterday using the expander didnt work, even the file was almost the same.

You can edit the settings depending on what you need or like, however maybe the difficulty stop working so first try it like that and you will see that Fifa 2004 its much better.

The only thing missing is to fix ball speed and teams formation ( no wings ) :D yesterday i was very dissapointed but now it just feels much better.

At difficulty "DIFFICULTY_LEVEL = 2" having a very good challenge , mostly draws, 3-3 , 1-1

Other problem is that I dont like the default keyboard setup , Sprint must be W and not E key :rolleyes:

It can be from 1 to 8 i think, just try numbers and see what happens ;)

I have a question related to DIFFICULTY_LEVEL numbers and the respective DIFFICULTY_LEVEL, can someone please tell me the right numbers for PRo and world class DIFFICULTY_LEVEL
