I am a huge fan of FIFA and CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER but out of a simulation footy game or a management I prefer management. It keeps you going longer and usually its harder and more realistic to a simulation.

The problem is: The simulation games do not simulate the game.
I do not feel I am playing soccer when I play Fifa.
But wheb I play CM3, I do feel I am the manager of the team.

Fifa is more an Arcade game for me.
