For user with an creativ sound card:
(in german)

Go to the "Audio-characteristic"
by the "loudspeakers", click on the "advanced options" (1)

Then you go to the "systemperformance" (2)
There you switch the bar on the second position. (3)
now you have no hardware acceleration.

then you go into the "dxdiag"
There you go to the "sound category" (4)
Now you swith the bar on the first position. (5)
now you have no sound acceleration.

That's it.
