I can't direct my penalties. I've tried using the arrow keys (I'm using a keyboard) as it says in the manual but they don't do anything. Why does this happen and is there anything I can do to stop it as it means almost certain loss on penalties?

When do you have to press the arrow keys. Is it before or whilst you are taking the penalty?

I just press the arrow key before I shoot, then press the shoot button while still holding the arrow key and it works fine.
