i think you ment 2004? All i know about pc vs. ps2 is that if you buy the pc version you'll be able to download tons of things to modify the game to your liking made by the great guys in this forum.

I would Have To Say The PC Version Is Better As U Can Edit Almost Every Aspect Of The Game E.G Kits,Faces,Stadiums,Balls,Teams,Players........... .

PC is much better. cause then you can download all these nice patches, faces, boots everything you want to upgrade your fifa

I have buyed it for PC and I must say I don't regret it
