Can you choice your own captain in the game?

as far as ive played it(ps2 version), nope, you cant.

the one who makes the penaltys is the captain!!!

:( Why let ea almost every option from earlier fifas (2000 2001 2002) out the new game??? in euro 2000 there was the first time that the shirts get dirty, then for 5 titles is that function not in the game, and this year.............we're pleased to tell you that this year the shirts can get dirty? its the same story with that captain chosing.......last year i thought you was able to choose a captain and now its gone....................?!?!?!? and the training mode for instance, than its in , and than it's out the game, why let they not al the ''old'' options in hte game:( :( i hate that, you can use a option a whole year , but than it's out.........also think at the ingame tactics (IGM) it was in fifa couple of years ago, and this year they are saying that there is a NEW function in the game, in-game tactics.........yes, i can do it also like this way , to promote my game and earn money:kader:
