Before I download MRA (Mulit-Roster Assistant) what does it truly do that you can't do in FIFA 2000?

Sorry to take so long to reply to your question.

The MRA will enable you to load different rosters into your Fifa 2000 if and when you want to. If all you are doing is playing with the default rosters then you won't need the MRA. But if you are playing in online games which require bespoke Rosters loading or want to be able to load different rosters in at different times then the MRA is for you.
