it works on mine. It's a direct port from ps2, so it lags at high res. running at a lower res and TV refresh rates (60hz) will work but hurt ur eyes.

Get a PS2 controller and adapter. Works great, and is a much nicer pad to use than that! God its ugly!

Nick will you please stop stating the blatantly obvious? Yes its a direct port, KCET said this specifically in an interview a couple of months back. So yes, your PC is emulating a PS2. You just feel like b1tching or are you going to ask if anyone has tried the same controller as yours?

well i use a diff gamepad and it still works for me. I have 2 gamepads and they both work for me. If you wanna save the setting for the gamepad then go PES 3 folder and open setting in the controller option they should show that you can choose the game pad and set up the controller. I dont use the PS2 game pad port thingy either. I cant say the name of my gamepad right now cuz i am at school.:kader: I got the gamepads for 14 bucks(H) they are really nice. I will post later info on my gamepad later.

I have a Microsoft Sinderwiner game pad. Nothing fancy. The funny thing is it used to work, but now everytime I load up the demo, it turns off my controllers.

It's just very annoying.

I have microsoft sidewinder and it works! the bad thing is there's not even a start button i can press so i have to push ESC on my keyboard instead of start. and there isn't 2 top buttons so u can't change tactics in game. So i got the ps2 controller adapter from radio shack and it also works

actuallt the gamepad thing can be fixed in a very easy way...
there is some form of bug that causes it to forget all the options but i u instead do it in the setting file in the root dir of pes3 it will not be messed up

Would you recommend the logitech gamepad for PES3-PC? I think it is going to be on my wish list for Christmas - if I can wait! It looks very similar to the PS2 controllers. Are all the buttons the same? Does the gamepad also have the left and right analog stick buttons (when you press them down)?

Well you can fix that, I had the same problem with my sidewinder, its been fixed and everytime i run my game, its ready to play. To fix it, go to your Pro Evolution Soccer 3 DEMO version main folder and double click on setting.exe, than set your res, quality, player 1 controls.....

Nolleboy, I've got a logitech dual action pad that I use for PES3. It's just like a PS2 controller. And yes, you can push in the analog stick for R3 and L3 buttons. It's a good pad.

THere is a start button.. Look carefully(I've a sidewinder too). You have to change your buttons in the game itself otherwise it just won't work..
