people in europe can, or wherever the game is out.

it would be very good if we could do that, but if it isnt in the game , then you can change it before going online in the main menu.

ONline play for PS2 is available. Try going to www.fifa04.com. They've got some info and troubleshooting info there. Don't pay attention to the losers tryin to make you look stupid....they are.
