As Flame posted on the TCM 2004 frontpage, a German demo of the game will be shipped with the retail version of FIFA 2004 (in Germany and German-speaking countries? Wouldn't really make sense otherwise... Or would it?).

The demo will be about 700 Mb in size (:S) and will NOT AT FIRST be uploaded by EA to their servers. Not sure if they will be making it available from FilePlanet.

Flame, you were talking, on the forum of the official TCM site, about your problems with your internet connection, and I was wondering if it could help if you divided the demo into several parts (ZIP it :)). Say make twenty parts of 35 Mb (:O), or more, and put those on?

I hope they'll release an English version of the demo, as that would serve a larger group of potential clients, than just the German version.

Important> The demo will allow the complete game to be played over only 10 days, but is based on a month-old build of the game.

the tcm 2004 demo is being released with fifa 2004 on pc and is to big to upload onto the official site but someone at soccergaming may be able to do something about it being so big!!!

Really? The PES3 demo is 242 Mb, maybe that's what he's talking about.

The TCM2004 demo will be 700 Mb in the German version, so it's not that one. If another language is released, it will still be 700 Mb, as language files tend to be the same size, with a slight variation only, so it's not another one.

There hasn't yet been a confirmation of an English version. The Asian version of FIFA 2004 didn't come with a demo of TCM, so we'll have to wait it out for now. We might have to make do with the German version too.

Btw, as it's 700 Mb, I'm guessing it'll come on a seperate CD. So you will notice pretty fast, if the UK version of FIFA includes the demo.

Well actually my internet has been pretty stable past few days so uploading aitn th eproblem the problem is getyting my hands on the demo. Damn, it aint included in the Sout Pacific version so I will be scouring the bookstores to look for a magazine with it. Any help would be appreciated.

How is it btw, do you know more about the stats and stuff, since you do own FIFA? Anything noteworthy to TCM players about engine/tactics?

Some good news guys - our download manager has purhcased FIFA and it came iwht tcm demo he is currently uploading 400 mb so farl so... w00t!

as for the match engine itz pretty good way better te last years; bur TCM is supposed to improve it even mroe so I will wait till I get the dmeo

On a different note; How often does the demo crash for all of you? It crashes too often for me. For now I'm guessing it has something to do with rapid clicking of the left mousebutton.
