What do you mean? If you mean just for the fifa teams, I don't know, but if you transfer on TCM you only import players you have.

not too sure about transfering individual players, but you will be able to transfer whole teams. So say if you added Luzi to Liverpool you will be able to import a new Liverpool into FIFA

But you can't use that team in a championship or career on FIFA 2004. Only in single matches and self-made tournaments.

Ahh yes - but what about the graphics for that player?
Fufa 2004 is EXTREMELY limited this year due to the balatantly racist policies of EA Sports. Eg. the third place World Cup team not included, only one Turkish Club side included and that only in 'rest of the world' status.

Anyway - the question is if I play a TCM generated match in FIFA 04 what will the player graphics look like? Will Hasan Sas be bald or just a stock generic player with a red kit?

You can, well as far as i have read, you can play career mode if your team is in the top 4 divisions
