Which league is the worst out of these leagues-Spain,England,France,Germany?

You'll never get a straigh answer. That is an opinionated question. I plead the 5th.

They are all different, it depends on what attributes you specifiy for each oe, each excels in some areas and is weak in others, each provides a different style.

I wouldn't necessarily say French Ligue 1 is the worst or bad, but it's certainly inferior when you compare it to the likes of La Liga, EPL, Serie A, and such. French Ligue 1 don't really import the big-top players. They're more of a league that exports talent.

My rating from best to worst is

1st-English
2nd - Spanish
3rd - German
4th - French
