Just bought their album, after listening to it on my pc for a while. I think it's all so over the top that it's hilarious, ******* brilliant actually. I'm totally digging it musically wise. The guys know how to play their instruments, the voice of Justin gets on my nerves now and then, but it's a part of their style. And the lyrics are funny.
I'm so fed up with all these modern "look-at-me-and-how-sad-I-am" rockbands whose guitars are downtuned to Z, have no solo's at all and sound like chainsaws basically. The Darkness is a welcome newcomer to me with their glamrock-ish, "we're all about having fun and we don't care what you think" image. Kinda like Blink182 but then supported with actually GOOD music.

They were great at first but now media exposure means they're annoying the hell out of me. Most of the album's good but I'd just wish they'd shut up.
They could fade away as quick as they arrived, to be honest.

I kinda agree with Shindig, 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' was great when it first came out but its been played to death and now its just annoying :( They need to release another song soon or they'll be forgotten.

i like them. great music, funny lyrics. unfortunatly im starting to get sick of "i belive in a thing called love" as it is very overplayed.
btw i think they are releasing "take your hands off my woman" as a next single.

You're way off it, then. "Get Your Hands off my Woman" was released early this year. Didn't get much of a reception, though so it may be a re-release.
