Plz is there any patch or tip to change the gameplay speed ..?
Its looks very slow .....

There is a patch out already. Goto Start>Programs>Ea Sports>FIFA2004 and select the check for update option.

download "Edit Plus" and open the file ini.big in the \Data\cmn folder with Edit Plus - modify the Game Speed setting to be faster then save the file - it's quite dramatic change tho so only up it by 2 points at a time to get the speed you want - it's kind of a matter of trial and error to get the right speed for you. I think upping this by increments of 10 points are equal to last years settings of "normal", "faster", "fastest" speeds...
