Can't believe it. Allen Iverson 06-11-2003, 04:12:AM Beats watching AC Milan Depor played as bad as there kit looks Did anyone see Raul and morienties in the crowd? Wonder what was going through there heads? The funniest thing was that pornstar Prso getting 4 goals, as the match was starting I was thinking how **** he is after watching a previous game. It was a shame Guily didn't get more goals for my CL fantasy teams sake, but oh well I saw 11 goals in 1 game more you normally get for a whole matchday :crazyboy: :crazyboy: RUSI 06-11-2003, 04:29:AM Originally posted by IceBlu HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA !!!!! :D:D:D:D lets all laugh at Silver Boots ! No wonder he was in such an extasic goalscoring mood (4 goals)...and what a birthday present !^^ manutd4eva 06-11-2003, 04:55:AM im watching the match now and this is some pretty shocking stuff!!!!!:rockman: Virgo 06-11-2003, 04:56:AM OMG Jorge Andrade played for Depor, I used to rate him as a fairly good centre back but 8 goals come on, not even Liechtenstein would suffer 8 goals playing against Brazil or something like that. theCRO 06-11-2003, 04:57:AM sad part is, when Morientes is back, our Prso is back to the bench probably :( rony31 06-11-2003, 05:24:AM  :funny: :gavin: LOCOlombia 06-11-2003, 05:28:AM those are ugly uniforms...:kader: Voltaic Borusse 06-11-2003, 05:29:AM Yep, they beat PSG's record. ogsimon 06-11-2003, 05:33:AM was this match 11 vs 11, cus this is suprising. Surely depors rep is destroyed, and i had a hunch they would get into the final with bayern, and both of them were beaten by improving french teams rony31 06-11-2003, 05:59:AM it was probably 7 on 7 with both goalies AND their backups being sent off, as well as 2 defenders from each team :crazyboy: pretty sure it was 11-11 Crusad3r 06-11-2003, 06:15:AM SilverBoots dont be sad, Deportivo is a very good team, this match doesnt show nothing for me. Only shows that Deportivo is a winner team and received 8 goals cause they wanted to win! they are not a crap team that is "happy" losing 2-0 or 3-0 with full defense. Deportivo had the ball all the time, and scored 3 goals, something not easy playing away in CL. Is just a about luck factor, in the 1st half Monaco did 5 shots, and 4 ended in Goal, Monaco had his best day in years, there is not team in the world that can face that. Anyway im sure you remember a Liga match in year 2000 [Real Madrid 1- Real Zaragoza 5] ... a few months later Real Madrid won Champions League beating Valencia 3-0 in the final. Is just football, and everything can happens so keep supporting your team cause in this moment they need you :) Fernandez 06-11-2003, 06:25:AM but losing a CL match with that scoreline is humiliating, and i hear depor's 1st choice goalie was subbed.... IceBlu 06-11-2003, 06:33:AM indeed :p Molina was subbed after letting in 4 goals ......and the other keeper did the same after coming on in the 2nd half :D lol ! the scoreline is like something you would see while playing Fifa :D :D Amika 06-11-2003, 06:36:AM 8-3..... what a match.... i can't believe my eyes when i saw the scoreline... SB9Dragon 06-11-2003, 08:48:AM I can't belive that Monaco had the power to thrash Deportivo 8-3... incredible:o mufc_daddy 06-11-2003, 09:29:AM After the previous meeting i thought " i wont watch it, it will be a boring game". Then i see the result on sky news, SHOCKED! I watched the game on ESPN later on and loved watching the goal fest. Like subbing the keeper made any difference! Alistair 06-11-2003, 09:51:AM Man, unbelievable game, i must credit Monaco as I didn't think they would have the ability to dish out such a can of whoop ass:o sip 06-11-2003, 10:26:AM Bravo Dado :mrpimp: northstar 06-11-2003, 10:47:AM shocker! theCRO 06-11-2003, 01:31:PM DADO LEGENDO !!! Now lets get a couple against the Slovenians :) Thelonious 06-11-2003, 02:04:PM That match has got to be one of the worst displays of defending ever , a lot of the goals were soft and came from mistakes rather than skill. It was a bizarre game to watch as most attacks resulted in a goal. yim87 06-11-2003, 02:37:PM this match is one of the most ridiculous ever.:hump: Silver_Boots 06-11-2003, 04:09:PM Originally posted by IceBlu HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA !!!!! :D:D:D:D lets all laugh at Silver Boots ! Thanks ICEBLU! You only love to see Depor lose becoz you hate me. Wahay! But anyway, yes very bad defeat..what else can be said? arghhh!! I hope for a win this weekend against Sociedad to really boost our confidence again. This season WAS the best season start for Depor...but now look. The last 3 results have been terrible - ironically ever since we had hit the top of the table! We seemed to lose confidence after that!! And that kit...urghh! I was going to buy it but now how can I? It should be destroyed and we should use last years one!! Congrats to Monaco though - aposultely superb!!(y) Prso is a legend. Forza Depor!! Get back!!! ryan_goal 06-11-2003, 05:47:PM yeah, forza!:hump: mhflierman 06-11-2003, 06:04:PM Seriously, my eyes popped out when I saw the scores on teletext. In fact they're still lying on the ground in front me telly. :p What the hell happened there. How can a team like Depor concede 8 goals. EIGHT! I don't get it. Fernandez 06-11-2003, 06:56:PM hope shokz record the goals.... Guillaume 06-11-2003, 07:33:PM I saw the match yesterday evening, and Deportivo was CRAP! 8 goals, it's incredible in Champions League! I can't believe it, Monaco is not very good in French Ligue 1, they are fisrt yeah, but they won 4-2 against Le Mans, Le Mans is crap (OM-Le Mans 5-0, PSG-Le Mans 4-0)... It's unvelivable and ridiculous for Deportivo  Raul was with Morientes in the stadium, he's lucky :D Hendrik 06-11-2003, 07:46:PM Dude, is there any chance Sochaux can get a result in Dortmund or do they suck? Guillaume 06-11-2003, 07:55:PM Originally posted by -Vince- Dude, is there any chance Sochaux can get a result in Dortmund or do they suck? Sochaux is a pretty good team which can play very well, but they're not regular anymore. A crap team is that team that lose every match, not a team that lose just one match with a high score. Voltaic Borusse 06-11-2003, 10:57:PM Sochaux won't stand a chance against BVB. ;) Hendrik 07-11-2003, 12:00:AM We'll see. At least Schalke gets hammered. :rockman: ilips 07-11-2003, 01:45:AM Dont forget Monaco beat AEK 4-0 at home in this same group while La Corogne only managed a littlle 1-1 in Greece. Monaco also went to get the victory at Heindoven 2-1, which isn't a bad team. I suppose Deportivo expected too much of this game, running into attack to decompose its defence. Monaco was lucky to score many goals quickly in this match, and Deportivo went forward again to try to come back...that was the bad tactic, for Monaco kept on counter-attacking and scoring logically. champdave 07-11-2003, 02:48:AM I went to see this match as I live in Nice (just outside of) and so we're very close. I went, payed €10 to get in, expecting a good match (3-1 or something) and I got a goal fest! Great value for money (H) Monaco scored on every attack just. Depor were Doper in defence! Most of the goals were from mistakes/errors by the defense. The defense also played too much on the offside trap and they didnt trap anyone and they payed for it. Most of the goals were from mistakes/errors by the defense. The defense also played too much on the offside trap and they didnt trap anyone and they payed for it. That's it. This season, Irureta has chosed to play the defence way far from the box because Andrade and Naybet are pretty fast and he didn't care Giuly is fast as hell. Here in Riazor the lineman was rising his arm often but in Monaco it was different and the attackers never fall in the off-side so they had many scoring chances and they scored all of them. Molina and his defence had an awful day while Monaco players were brilliant. But at last I think it was fine to lose that way, the team needed a change and now Djaminha is back on the field. If we had lost 1-0 I'm sure he wouldn't have played yesterday. ::Jason:: 09-11-2003, 07:45:PM Originally posted by Lee86 www.fabienbarthez.tk has got all the goals! go dl it!:D the match reminds me of Barthez ;) :o :p a great site really tho.. |
