I tried to download fed99 but it was taking ages and it didn`t say how long it would be or how many MB to go.

Off the top of my head I'd say about 1 MB.
Trust me, it's worth it.

But i can`t open it now that i have downloaded it.

I was wondering if any one knows what program to use to open it when you double click on it?

It's a self-extracting exe file,
you have to use Winzip to open it.
You can download it from just about anywhere
on the net, it's shareware.
