Whenever i join or create gaes and some1 joins the screen turns black and stays for about 7-8 mins like dat and suddenly i got out of online section and am in menu section(where dere is 'play now' and etc...) dat usually happens... any1 help me plz??

everytime i create or join a game i get the blackscreen :(

I uninstalled the game + patch many times but nothing works

BUMP~~~ANY1 i asked EA but they said close the anti-viorus program ur running.....and also chang something isp in network area can't seem to remember but i think it doesn't work...any1 help plz??
