we were told we were going to be able to call up players to their national team .. for example ... for the team "italy" i can call up any player who is italian .. for the team "brazil" i cna call up any brazilian .. and so on .. why cant i do this ?? if we can i must be blind .. can someone tell me how please ??

I pretty sure u cant do it. Who told you , you could anyway I heard nothing of this.
