Just as they say to do I unzipped the roster download into the "user" directory in FIFA 2000, but nothing happens. I can't find any of the changes. What else must be done?

Particularly, I am speaking of the roster download that modifies all players in Brazil, modifies Ronaldo and adds Boca Jrs., San Lorenzo, River(Argentina) and Necaxa(Mexico).

Please help.
