I've been quite frustrated over the last week over the sluggish gameplay and the crappy sensitivity in player reactions in the game. Today, the good old bug from FIFA 2003 returned; after I had played a match all sound (menus and match) disappeared. I continued playing, and now the whole game ran SO much better. Is there any way I could get this smooth performance WITH sound? I have an Athlon 1800+, 256 RAM and GeForce4 128 MB with all the latest drivers. Changing resolution and detail doesn't help at all.

So your saying "audio" in a game is slowing down your pc :|
