You can't get the English version in America. I've tried. I had to go to a website www.reserve.co.uk and order it from there. They'll ship it for 3 Pounds (about $5) and it costs about 30 Pounds (about $45). It doesn't come out until the 6th November in England but it takes between 3 and 7 days to reach you.
