I wonder if EA does come onto this site and read the posts? Cause I noticed that people are talking about Cm3. What does Cm have?
Accurate Rosters, and properly rated players..plus they have a **** load of leagues...EA take your pathetic "football" sim and shove...cause you guys know crock!

Exactly!! EA keeps wanting to make an arcade game covered with pretty graphics instead of a true football simulation!!
Championship Manager 3 does completley the opposite. It is a real(as real as it can get with out you reciving a salary!!)football simulation(noticed I said SIMULATION,and not GAME, like FIFA is) In CM3, they concentrate on REAL footie action instead of pretty graphics.
I'll admit that before I played CM3, I always thought that nice graphics were an essential part of a good game. Now I see how insignificant beautiful graphics are to a football simulation, because I am having a blast with CM3!!
For those of you who dont know, in CM3, you play the role of a manager. You do EVERYTHING except actually control your players on the field, just like in real life. The game is played in real time, and you experince it as if you were listining to a football game over the radio, but with text!
Here is an example from one of my recent games: "Baggio brings the ball down,looks ahead for Ronaldo,sends the ball forward 35 yards for Ronaldo! Ronaldo runs with the ball, crosses the halfway point, looks to go past Ortega....OH!!!! Good tackle from Ortega,cleanly took the ball away! Good play by Inter though, they were so close!"

Belive me, games get very intense!! I have found my self jumping up and down(REALLY!!) whenever my team scores, and slamming my fist down hard on my keyboard whenever I get scored on! You really get into it!!!

Can you tell me what leagues are available in this game?

Also you don't make any decisions during the game? I mean you don't give orders to your players?

I never bought these manager games because i think they put too much emphasis on stuff like team budgets and transfers, buying plastic seats for your stadium stuff like that which i have no interest in whatsoever.

You can give all sorts of orders to EVERYBODY! And,(I have said this before) EVERY SINGLE LEAGUE IN THE WORLD IS IN CM3! BUT, you can only play as clubs from 16 of those leagues. They are the same as in FIFA but with Argentina and Japan instead of Turkey and Greece. And within these leagues, you can play as a team from ANY division. PLUS, you will play against teams from other leagues as well.... Trust me, CM3 is worth buying!!
But remember, it is not like FIFA, where you just casually play an unrealistic match between to teams. CM3 is a very serious game where you have to think about your every move, and each desicion has rewards and consequences. It is fun and serious at the same time! I give it a score of 99.4%

Men, where do I find a demo!!???

Talking about manager-games: I read a preview about UEFA manager 2000 and the writer of the preview was very enthausiastic about it.
I don't allways believe previews, so do YOU guys ever heared of this game? And is it really that good??
If so, where can I find it (Demo or warez)??
