My copy of Fifa 2000 does not feature the Portugal and Korean Leagues as promised. What happened?

The full Brazilian league and Argentinian league should in it, aswell as the Porteguese, I'm not that concerned about the Korean, I'd rather play the japanese J-league instead.
MLS is the one league that definitely shouldn't be in it I think.
