I was dribbling with Paul Furlong into the opposing half, completely ordinary. In the 90th minute, into injury time. And then, all of the sudden, everything goes black for about half a second and then Chesterfield get a throw in, deep in my end!

I didn't push any button besides the turbo and the forward buttons. Very, very odd - something that EA should most definately fix in 2005.

Anyone know what the fock happened?

On PC? If so make sure only the necessary background programs are running.

you probably got a scratchged or damaged disc - do not go blaming ea like everyobody else

I think it may be your disc or your computer. It never happened to me, EVER!!! I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else either.

I'm sure they do, but they sound stupid when the problem is their own fault.

Its surprising..but something like that happened on my PC too. I was simply dribblingwith the ball in turbo when I got tackled by the keeper. Then something very funny happened. None of the players on the pitch could control the ball, ie. they all ran all over the ball, around it but couldnt get control of it. And the camera styaed on my player (the one who got tackled) and he started running towards the end of the pitch he was facing when he got tackled. I had to restart my comp. I presume its a faulty cd, but Im sure I bought the original one.

i've had my gamepad just disappear mid game.....i suddenly can't control anyone then go to SIDE SELECT and whoah, it's gone - only keyboard in there...i've got to quit the game go back to windows then reload it....bug

I've never had this happen.

I have had the zoom button stick in Replays so that the camera couldn't be changed - even after exiting and restarting, until the zoom button was clicked again to unstick it. I wondered what had happened for a time.

Also, and again with replays, I've noticed that often the striker scoring the goals is a different one to who actually scored in the game. And the end of game hilights sometimes have a player missing so the ball is being kicked by the invisible man. :rolleyes:

EA really has a lot of bugs to fix for the next patch, should there be one. Otherwise I'm really going to regret having paid 47 Euros for this game as I suspect it will quickly become available in bargain bins everywhere due to its bugginess. It's a pity because otherwise this would be an incredible game. As it is it's annoying.

C'mon EA, we know you can do much better with the overall quality. We're talking about a game that's supposed to represent the most popular sport in the world and it deserves better.

My game started to lag when I started to used a crack. *I HAVE THE GAME, OK?* I just want the CD to damage beacuse I will change the game against Championship Manager 03-04 and they aren´t talking it back if it is scratched. Does anyone now if it is the cracks falt cause it didn´t lag with the CD in the comp. It doesn´t lag all the time only some times. Like, 1 time every 10 game minutes

IF it were a glitch, then it would occur more than once, there was probably something your computer was preoccupied with, like downloading pornography ;) .

True.. provided they actually pay for the game.

I bought the "real" PS2 version and there are lots of bugs in it :(

Holes in the players kits and the game crashing...
