I've been super-slow to catch on to FIFA 2004 (probably only played about 10 hours total.)
Is there a noticeable difference between semi-pro and pro? Any suggestions for making the small jump between levels?
the differentce i realize is keeper better, cpu will pressing more. if you are the person who always use OTB, will have difficult to use in pro.
hints:
your playing tempo need a little bit faster, passing, lobing, look for player, ask them make a run, OTB everything you need do faster. you won't have time to slowly run and think where to pass or else cpu will press and tackle you. even though keeper getting better but for long range shot still a little bit stupid......

you do notice a difference (for better) in the cpu's defense. I used off the ball control a LOT in semipro. (still do in pro) but it is a bit harder. The computer will intercept more, if you dont do it quickly the cpu will tackle you faster and its harder to get a break away on net. I think its much better.

from semi-pro to pro, the main difference is how quick the defenders close in on you
also the AI shoots more accurate
Then to world class - the AI attack more variety, but still mainly central, also OTB not as effective and long range shots not quite as effective, although keeper still hugs inside post leaving half goal open
