Dear Mario,

We will need more thorough specs to isolate the problem, which you can
provide as follows:

In Windows, select the Start Menu and then select "Run." Type "dxdiag" and
once the application starts, choose "Save all information." This will give
you a text file. Please reply to this email and paste the contents of the
dxdiag text file in your reply.

Once we view this report, we will be able to offer suggestions specific to
your machine.

i've just bought PES 3 Pc version and..........i hope a patch will be

I tought KONAMI was more serious!!!


All of us that have problem send the saved file to KONAMI so they will see that the problem does not depend on hardware but from the game

At least they answer you. It's great they had the care to answer.
Last year, when I notice that Fifa2003 for PS2 had a bug (one of the many), I wrote to EA, I phoned, I sent mails ...and...nothing!
I hope you'll get things repaired. I also hope there isn't problems like that in PS2 version.
