This is a question regarding TCM 2004... I heard alot of people bringing up TCM because there might not be a Creation Center for FIFA 2004, so I was wondering if TCM 2004 and FIFA 2004 would be interlinked? So I could create a player with a face with TCM, and import into FIFA, is this what it means?

Yeah, as long as the player plays for a club on TCM you can import him into fifa.
