how do u see the game in 3d mode?

Im just Guessing i dont actually have TCM 2004 yet but if its anything like other versions of the game you should get to chose after you click on matchday

Yup, that's correct. Before the start of each match you can choose between 3d match, play in FIFA, text match, and just result.

where can u choose?

In the bottom of the screen that comes up before the match.

It's the team that's automatically selected at startup. I just opened up the demo and skipped through to the first match. :)
