Firstly, for the black, up the contrast so that you can see the texture, other than that the 2nd kit is pretty good.
On the first kit, the collar looks a 'lil odd, but good never the less, and the rest of the kit (excluding the front of the shirt) looks rather plain, though I probably couldn't do any better.
Overall, pretty good.
