It loads the save games i think but you can use it while you are palying the game

It does whatever you want it to do. You can load the pre-game database, the database from a savegame, or load the running game's database. Nice!

yeah, i then copyied that thing.. it says to copy into the old one, replacing it.

2. I downloaded the second thing
3. I unzipped the 2nd thing file
4. I installed the first file
5. I copied the .map of the second file replacing the old one.
