Since installing the patch I have tried four times to play a game online, and all have had the exact same result. As soon as I hit "play", and the game should launch, instead I get a black screen and nothing else. The black screen stays, the music eventually fades out, and no more music plays after this. The game has crashed. It happens the exact same way every time, and the only solution is for me to restart the computer.

Everything on my computer is up to date, right down to the VIA chipset drivers on my mainboard, so that isn't the problem. It worked absolutely fine before I applied the patch, but now it won't work at all. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, but that has not solved the problem either.
