go on then how do you get the shine? is it an overlay layer?

I use two layers in order to get that shiny effect on my kits...

The lower layer is the white texture which uses multiply blending mode, but the texture isn't visible on dark colours that way.

Therefore I use an additional layer on top - it's the same texture but darkened by 200, so that it looks like a black texture. Then change the blending mode to "screen" to see the texture on dark colours, as well as adding that effect.

You need to take the original white texture, adjust brightness and set the level to -200 to get a black texture.

Give this black texture screen blending mode for the shine.

I was looking at your Cameroon kits and they have only one problem: the shirt must be tight and I guess you should have to use another template, the same as you use for Wales.

Nah mate, the tight fit shirt was for the all-in-one kit that FIFA recently banned. The new Cameroon shirt from what I have seen of it (in real life) is not a tight-fit shirt like Kappa.

To be honest, I want to put that issue with Mermi to sleep, because a load of people slagged me and my old site off as a result.

The fact is, as these kits are my own work, I hold the distribution rights, and therefore, they will only be available for download on the site that I'm bringing back in June/July.

It will have a different name, not just because the Centrespot name was dragged in dirt by certain individuals who shall remain nameless, but because of a number of n00bs who continually kept getting the site mixed up with Counter Strike because of the site initials.

I must stress, I don't want people putting them on their own site, but when the downloads section is up and running, then webmasters may link to the download page for those files, but no direct links please.

If anyone can understand and go along with that, then I don't mind.

I'm going to be busy with other stuff for the next 3/4 weeks so there's not going to be any more kits during that period, but I do plan to remake my Nike 04/05 kits because the top part of the trim sticks out towards the shoulders too much.

The back is fine but the front needs doing, but I can't be bothered doing it yet when I got more important uni work to be finishing off (damn revision, etc.)...

Anyone who saw my new Adidas kits on the old Centrespot site will be enlightened to know that I am set to remake all of them from scratch, after getting to see some of the kits in real life.

My priority will be 04/05 kits but please, don't ask for requests because they will be turned down straight away.

I might put up a temporary site on my webspace until I get the funds to pay for a new server, I haven't been paid from my job yet, should get a wad of cash this coming Friday :)

For the time being, save the image as a BMP - I've uploaded them as GIF so they are already in 256 colour mode, and then import them into the BIN file using WEPictureDecoder or any other tool.

Anyway the next kit is the Juventus third kit for next season with SKY (Italia) sponsor, and I'm pretty sure that the colour combination is actually purple and pink... well, considering that those two colours were used on the third and away kits of last season respectively and that purple and white would be daft if the home kit is black and white.

Whats the difference between the 2 liverpool homes?

It seems minimal, but the difference is the background pattern on the body of the shirt - the first time around I made them with hexagons like with the away kit, but when I saw the jersey itself in real life, it's actually rounded rectangles at an angle.

I've updated the third kit by changing the shade of purple, and modifying the back so that you can see the number more clearly.

I haven't a clue what the shirt will look like from the back so this is just an educated guess.

Juventus away kit 04/05 - again I'm not sure of the back design so I've guessed.

I had a picture of the jersey and drew the design using the brush in PSP7, then resampled it to fit in the front of the kit template.

Took hours to get it right, but well worth it ;)

I have a suggestion to make to you JJ, I don't know if you'll accept it. Why don't you post, here, your kits that you've already made? :D It'll be great and you don't have to spend your monye on a new server.;)

I'll post the 04/05 Arsenal kits on here later, they need to be fixed, but I didn't do any Southampton kits though. I think you're referring to those made by Whistle that were published on the old Centrespot site.

Take a final glimpse at this - here's the Welsh national team kit that is set to be superseded this coming Friday.

We're having a new kit, once again made by Kappa, and from what I've seen of it so far, it looks very identical to the kit that we wore between 2000 and 2002. I'm getting the jersey and I'll see what the stitching patterns are like first before I attempt to make it for PES3.

I think the shorts are going to be white, like the 00/02 kit, though red shorts have been mentioned, but seeing as we've got KitServer, I'll do both :D

Anyway here's the brand new Welsh home kit, currently on show in today's international friendly fixture in Norway.

Anyway the texture is a hybrid of the tight-fit texture from PES3, with the shorts and socks from Diego's latest templates.

I don't know what the away kit is going to be like yet, more than likely it's going to be the same design as the home, but in white.

A doubt: When I convert the bmp files to bin files, the kits, ingame, remain with a tiny line of the "transparent" color, and I do all the steps correctly to convert the files. What am I doing wrong?

use we graphics importer to import the bmps....make the green part of the kit transparent with it and then import!!

Err, that's because the kit I made was NOT based on those said photographs of the kit.

I will modify that soon though, with the new texture applied.

There are some people who're great, just have to mention spark and daikirai who's my best. His kits look so realistic, he always uses the right colors. It's just that you're an unthankful man. My guess is that the red and navy away kit from last season will now become the third choice kit. Shouldn't be too much of a hassle to make, I did a similar kit design for Liverpool's previous away, and Sporting Lisbon's gold/green away kit.

Here's the new Bolton keeper kit - not tested this in-game yet so I don't know if the green trim on the shorts line up yet.

I think you like more JJ kits because he used another texture than original PES. I think People isa little bit tired of seeing all the kits over and over with the same texture because they all look the same. That`s why I made new textures and why I really enjoy making textures, they are the base for a kit to look nice. Try making a good design of a kit with all lines perfect, perfect colours and use a crappy texture... what do you get?? a ****ty kit.
I'm really happy making new textures instead of kits. I kind of get bored making kits because there are excellent kit makers out the who make them all. I just make a few kits when I'm tired of seeing PES original textures. I think If I kept the new textures just for me and do not shared them with anyone else and make kits you wuould like more my kits than other... and that's because they will be different, not better.
I always hope to somebody new comes out with a new texture to make things different here. It would be excellent to have many textures for too many kits.

I'm unsure now, because yesterday I quit my job... it gave me real bad depression, so for the time being I have no income to spend on server costs.


albertocp, I've made the Spanish national team kits, and a few LFP clubs, I will post them later.

Feyenoord home kit... bit of a problematic kit because the collar at the front is red, but is white on one side and red on the other on the back.

I hope to get this sussed though.
