I've read this on www.pesfan.com forums:

"PC Version so slow? the solution...
I have a 2.66 GHz, 1 Gb memory and MSI GeForce Ti4200 128 Mb
and the game was very-very slow !!!
The problem was on the nvidia's drivers.
I set up my graphics card with the MSI's drivers and everything is
excellent...
The game is now very fast !!!"

MSI = gfx card manafacturer

Basically owners of older cards should avoid the latest drivers, as far as i can tell Nvidia have concentrated their driver optimising efforts on making the FX line look as good as Ati's latest cards.

I'm running a GF4 ti4400 and the 1.4523a omega drivers(grab the latest omega drivers from www.omegacorner.com ) with no problems at all.

Also the G4ti4200 cards are great when overclocked. Grab rivatuner ( http://www.guru3d.com/rivatuner/ ) and up your core and memory speeds and you'll see some decent increases in performance.
