Can anyone recommend a converter which will do the job correctly, and allow full activation of all buttons ?.

I heard that the EMS2 (http://www.consoleplus.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=81) converter suppose to do it right. Does anyone has experience with it ?.
