I encourage all of you with problems with the game to write to KONAMI at support@konami.com and make some pression for them to release a correct patch to solve the issues that are being stated all over the forum: video problems, diagonal high pass bug, etc... Yes, I tried kcet-info@kcet.konami.com, but with no result!...
I wrote them the following letter and had an answer the day after:

Subject: PES3 PC DVD

I'm writing from Portugal to say I bought the Pro Evolution Soccer 3 PC DVD and it runs very smooth on my PC. It only turns a bit slow during goal celebrations and replays...

With the patch you've released, the game stopped running smooth...

I'm writing to you to ask if there is any chance of a new patch fixing this issue... if not, could you please release a patch with the fixes stated in 1.1 except the graphic fixes that could turn the game less smooth?

Thanks in advance,

Pedro Capao

For reasons other than PES3 running in slow-mo, I fixed that by turning off Antiasi'ng on my graphics card. i had to re-install my Win XP Home and BIOS ( trouble with my DVDCD ROM and new DVDRW) I cleaned out my PC and reloaded XP Home and my BIOS.

I then reloaded PES with Leo's Patch ( kits and stats ) I now plays like a dream. The point is it plays this way now without me having to adjust anything on my PC ..ie Sound Card Graphic Card anything and I do not have the Konami patch either!

So I guess it was a year and a half ( thats how long Ive had this PC) of old files and junk clogging the works so to speak.

I only took this action as I said becasue of the problems with my new DVDRW v my DVDCD ROM, I am glad I did the game now plays a treat without ANY fixes applied!
