When i imported my updated Paul Scholes face, half the time he appear HEADLESS! :(

you need to compress the files in big gui

I did, and its only HALF the time, it appears like this, mainly in the little clips after goals and replays etc. during the game its fine

sometimes that happens, just look into the .big-file and you'll find that it's not compressed. Maybe you need to import and compress it again.
I don't think biggui is as reliable as eagraph but sadly you can't compress files with ea graph (or can you?)...
