I have 3 trainers and want to build up a youth team in the future, should I place all of my trainers in the youth training section or not.
Could I get some advice on what should I do?

I would focus your trainers attention on youths because the senior players are mostly poor in skill while the youths train quicker and have a better chance of getting a first team place.

I can't even get a coach. I agree with Ponty, first teamers are mostly crap, go with the youths.

Im requesting C Class Coach..and in soccer there are Class U :P
