So, some other posts are unclear about this, is there a way to unlock a World Cup Tournament? or did Fifa 2004 really leave this out? Also, can i make a custom tournament? define how many times, single or double elimination, anything like this? PLMK Thanks!!

there is no international tournament.....al u can do is replace the teams from one of the default tournaments.
