all your questions will be answered, CM is not like the "feature-less/bland/awful" FIFA series (except RTWC '98, WC'98), there are just WAY to many things you can do. So many in fact that I am sure if a real manager would play it he would say "I DON'T DO HALF OF THESE THINGS!"
