Does Fifa 2000 run under Windows 2000?

You got Windows 2000?
I didn't know it was out yet. I thought only the test versions were out.

It should work in win2000 since the min. requirement is win95/98.

Eventhough they say that the minimum requirement is 95/98, i can't play on NT4.0 with SP5. I am having problems with direct draw

Fifa won't run on NT4.0 because you need DirectX6 or higher and NT doesn't support any DirectX higher than version3.

Also, if you are a MCSE or have a qualification higher than that you can subscribe to a thing called Technet which allows you to have pre-release versions of software Microsoft is working on. I'm an MCSE and I have all the beta versions of Windows 2000 plus the new Windows Millenium.

Oh....Win2000 doesn't support OpenGL as Microsoft can't fix a bug. Hope that's some help if you are trying to run Fifa 2000 on it.

Don't think it will run on Windows 2000 because from what I've heard and read Windows 2000 is actually NT 5.0.

Correct, Windows 2000 is NT5, but NT5/2000 has DirectX 7 built right in so it should work fine.
