What about Fernnado Santos from Sporting ????? He should be the best choise for Liverpool...maybe both Boards of Liverpool and Sporting can managed to make a deal and Fernando Santos could be your next manger/coach!:$ (6) :crazyboy:

...naw :D

But as long as we're talking about MLS coaches, what about Steve Nicol? He's a former Liverpool player and he performed miracles with New England in 2002, leading them from worst in the league - when he took over midseason - to the MLS Cup final.

Martin O'Neill is going to Spurs in the summer so Liverpool can forget about him.

I think it's time for Ibrahim Ba to prove himself on the gaffer's front.

Give him a chance.

Legendary player could turn into a legendary manager :mrpimp:

My vote goes to Ibrahim Ba.

You guys are close but I have a better idea. Ibrahim Ba for player/manager. Talk about the best of both worlds. I bet several teams already have to be looking into this. Liverpool better act quickly otherwise Ba player/coach could be in Manchester or Madrid or maybe he could replace Sven. I think we should all hope for this glory filled idea.

No and he doesn't have to.

Martin O'Neill has a 12 month rolling contract meaning he can leave Celtic at any time and all the club he goes to would have to do is pay Celtic 1 year of O'Neill's wages. Arsene Wenger also has this type of contract.

No just a guess. I DO know however that O'Neill was a Spurs fan as a boy. Sorry to all my fellow Bhoys who thought he was a Celtic fan.
