Hey,

I have a Creative Blaster Banshee, and when I play night games on Fifa 2000 I cannot see above the adboards because there is a line you can't see above. Is this natural for a night game or a 3D card fault? If it's a game fault, it's a terrible sight for the players to see "edge of computer screen" black above the adboards.
Please help!

i've found this problem too - although i was playing the download trial version. i assumed EA were gonna sort it out for the offical release.

I have the same problem, however I think that it's a random thing. Sometimes I can see the crowd at night, other times I can't. Also if it's raining or snowing, it might happen also. Maybe you should change resolutions.

cHANGE THE RESOLUTION ON YOUR SCREEN TO 800X600 THIS SHOULD RESOLVE IT

The resolution is already 800x600 - I don't bother going higher cause I don't trust my computer, and I haven't played any matches yet with snow or rain. I'll just have to email EA. Thanks anyway.

I face the same problem too. At first I thought there is a problem with the card. Now
I know it is not since somebody too face this
problem. Mine can set to 800x600 the highest.
I have downloaded and installed the latest
driver still with the same problem. I think
EA Sports should make a patch for it.

i've the resolution for all Banshee 3dfx Problem's !!!
Do this and you gonna love it !! :

- Download Tweak from fifa2000.net
- Download 3D Grass Textures from fifa200.net too
- Download 3dfx Pacth from http://lfjr.club-internet.fr/fifa99

Then unzip Tweak to Fifa directory
unzip 3D Grass to fifa/dat/enviro
unzip 3dfx pacth anywhere and submit the new 3dfx information to your windows register

The voilá !! YOU REALLY CAN PLAY VERY FAST, AND WITH HIGH RESOLUTION FIFA 2000 ! WITH A BANSHEE CARD !

Note: Activate Triple Buffering and use
Direct 3D

I tested Fifa 2000 with several Riva TNT 2, with Matrox G400 in my work and I can tell that when I do this I almost don't believ that my old Banshee can give me so quality in Fifa 2000

And Yes I tried all resolutions in day and night mode in the game and the stadium,players and crowd are just perfect
