Other then the sidestep which is pretty much a standard dribbling skill what special move do you think is the most useful while not being too hard to pull off to beat a marker/GK in the heat of the moment?

Shot Feint 1

Shot Faint 2

Dummy

Triple Stepover

Single Stepover

360° Roulette

Backwards Dribble

Nutmeg

Hit and Run

Overhead Flick

Double Shot Faint

Triple Shot Faint

Fake Shot followed by Chip

I find that the single shot feint, if timed correctly, fakes out any keeper.

none of those, the sidestep shimmy (R2 + Dpad <- or -> etc.) is the best and most useful of the trick moves, especially against human opponents (helps if they're good at defense too, 'cause you can mix it up and make them guess wrong)

The sidestep is the only one I need to use, it's very effective both against humans or PC.
I was playing vs this friend once when I sidestepped 4 of his defenders then slotted the ball home.. you should've seen the look on his face :hump:

@Keemo on the list of special moves you've typed you forgot about fake with bringin' ball up (e.g. to the left side of player/keeper you want to beat) (right analog down-up quickly) and using Supercancel (R1+R2) to runnin' from the other side (here: right) of him. Hard but works.
(I couldn't see this trick on the net so maybe I have privilege to name it ? :amika: )

I personally use the easiest move 'casue they are most effective

oh and does anybody solve this from this site with tricks (http://www.pesinsight.com/pes3/specialmoves.shtml) ?? I saw this feint on a few other sites and nowhere was wrote how to do this:

Strange Feint 1 (http://www.filefront.com/r.b/page__file_info/_clear__page,filepath/_filepath__/soccergaming/sgfiles/pesinsight/movies/Strange%20Feint%201.avi)

Okocha lets the ball run in a neat but unusual way.
Unknown! (If you find out let me know.)

It was written a lot of time ago so perhaps anybody discovered this trick until now
if ya know share it with the rest of us, plz

PS. if you tell me that, I'll tell you how to do this this trick (:jambo: ) in game :mexican:

Okocha does a move like that in real life, in fact I just saw him do that against Arsenal earlier. It's possible it's an Okocha specific move but I wonder how to do it ?

I know Okocha tricks - I have some this stuff on my HD
he beats in this even Ronaldinho (I have most of moves he did in real life too)
You know special Del Piero Lob, so it means there are more of tricks for concrete players, but I didn't discover all of this yet
Tell me something about e.g. Zenden Miss ? How to do this, anyone knows?

the sidestep (R2 + directional button) is the most effective move in the game...and it looks great, too...
i've found that the shotfeint is best for one-and-one against keeper!!! and i also found ot that 360 degree is very difficult to do and not so effectiv for dribbling past a player!!sidestep is much better in this case :rockman: :mrpimp:

Here's a bit of a trick you can do with the R3 pass. Fooled the keeper well enough ;)

R3 pass trick (http://members.cox.net/brybo9/backheel.avi)

(oh, don't blame me for the naked ladies, Kibble did it! LOL)

@Keemo nice move :o
it works with normal back pass too

I'm goin' download Hypersnap or smth to record replay with this trick (you can do it without rival very easy, with opponent it's much harder but possible)

then you'll tell me when I can upload it

Sidestep is very good to dribble past defenders, or just use the directional button.

The shot feint is very useful against GK, if timed correctly, it fakes any GK, even BUFFON!

Keemo

Most of the time nutmeg is luck but it seems to happen more while doing the R2 sidestep moves.
