How do u get offers by clubs for players to transfer them. I only get news saying there interrested but not any offers.

go transfer market go to your team and look at the players who want to be bought from other teams to do that u go to player bio

go to transfer market, choose the player that interested by other club. click player bio, then negotiate with the club

U can't really negotiate with them. You either reject or accept their offer. You can't tell them how much u want for your player.
