The game has been released for a while now, but I did find it anywhere. Is it available in North America? Is it good? I may spend those bucks saved for FIFA 2000 (sorry EA Sports) on it.

The game will be available as Microsoft International Soccer 2000 in January 2000 at a suggested retail price of $19.99.
