PES 3 graphics are the same as in FIFA 2001. No difference!!!! Konami is just slow in a head to make better graphics. Poor Japanese need to look outside of their Islands and see what is happening in the world.

the only things that PES doesn't have to and FIFA does, are:
OFF The Ball Control (buhahahaha :funny: ) and fotorealistic faces (practically all heads).

Remember that in ISS/PES/WE series the graphics never was the most important thing...

The faces may be photo-realistic but the rest of the graphics still aren't as sharp and smooth as PES. I mean, look at Becks' collar. You zoom in on PES and it stays nice and sharp.

and look to the animations... in pes3 there are so many, that yesterday i (after playing pes3 for months) noticed a new animation!!! in pes3 there is always something new when you play it! its not like fifa and i think that the graphics are better than fifa!! for me the face isnt soooo important, the rest (e.g. players movement, detail of the pitch, weather effects.. etc..) is more important!
but inspite of all this, also if pes would be in 256colors and there are only 2 kits black/white, i would prefer it to fifa, because of its gameplay and its fun during play!
i cant remember that i worked so hard in the past for a good performance in a game like now for pes3!!! i even bought a new gamepad + new graphics-card... ONLY for playing this amazing game! i am addicted i think:rolleyes:

PES animations are awesome. The more skilled a player is the more animations he can use to dribble/shoot/block/turn etc...watch huylens or somebody then watch Henry or RVN, they can do totally different animations.

Sorry guys, but player movement in FIFA2004 much more realistic than in PES3 (no offence to others aspects of the game). When you play FIFA2004 it textually looks like movements of real people, maybe they have very much difference, but come on, we all humans and we all run alike. In PES3 players move like in video game:hump: not like in real life. Maybe gameplay is good but other stuff in FIFA2004 are better.

I agree. After recently smashing a free-kick in past a Bulgarian keeper, I noticed the shot was so quick he was beaten before he could react. Very realistic.

fifa's faces are definitely more high res and detailed. But it only matters in extreme closeups like celebrations and intros.

When actually playing the game, PES faces look fine, and at least the players actually act like their real-life counterparts. Henry is quick as hell, not slow and sluggish (unable to get by the ****tiest defenders) in FIFA.

There are a number of times I see Raul or Ronaldo move and think "holy cow that looks exactly like how they move in real life"

To make movies out of replays and take screenshots from PES3 I use some software called FRAPS99. Pretty good at doing that. As for this on going battle between FIFA and PES I would still say on the balance of things that PES is better than FIFA in terms of playing the game. I am totally addicted to PES and FIFA just doesnt feel much like real football and the control system on FIFA is now very unresponsive. Yes the graphics in FIFA 2004 are better than PES3 of which I have no doubt about that but over all I would rather play a better playing game than a better looking game.... Just think a really amazing Photo Realistic Football game that the CPU controls most of the things you want your team to do!!!!

if you use Irfanview or ACDSee use compression 60-80 max
