Yeah its sux that the whole idea of Fifa 2004 is just
to playing for one team in a fantasy/dynasty mode

I think he is refering to EA's NHL series. Where the user can change user controlled teams at any time during a season without having to start a new career.For example if I were managing team A for a year or two, and decided that for a challange I wanted to manage team B, one could simply swap control of the teams. Also in the NHL series there is no set limit to the number of teams the user can control at one time.
The other feature I dig about the NHL series is that at the end of yeach year there is an award ceremony wherein the 'real' awards are handed out to top preformers.
